Our Studio Minimum is $300. Even if it’s a dot!
Tattoos at our studio are done by appointments only. All appointments are booked online or via email. Once all details are received, a date and a quote will be assigned to your project, which will be valid for 48 hours and during that time you must make a deposit. Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit funds are received.
We do not tattoo minors. Anyone under the age of 18, will not be tattooed at Grey Pastel. Nobody under the age of 18 is allowed to enter the studio.
A deposit needs to be received in order to book any appointments. All deposits are non-refundable. The studio requires a 48-hour notice in order to change the appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do that only once, only if provided a 48-hour notice.
Clients are not allowed to bring friends into the studio.
People are not allowed to be waiting for clients in the studio.
Avoid alcohol and other substances. If under the influence, you will be asked to leave the studio and your deposit will not be refunded.
If an artist decides that a client is not physically capable of handling the session well, the session will be terminated or rescheduled.
The studio does not accept any cover-up projects. That includes working on scars, or any other skin complications.
There are no cellphone conversations allowed inside the studio. In case of an emergency, ask your artist for a phone break. All devices must be put on silent before entering the studio.
No pets are allowed in the studio. Service animals may stay in the waiting area, but not the tattooing area.
The studio is not responsible for a touch up if the tattoo wasn’t taken care of properly by the client.
Take a shower before your session. Do NOT shave the area that is supposed to be tattooed. Wear the right clothes so your artist can easily access the area that is supposed to be tattooed.
